Penalty for no-show/intentional job cancellation
StarTasker will now implement penalty system for those service providers who simply cancel the job or did not show up as promised.
This is to protect the goodwill of StarTasker, our customers and service providers.
Activate your account with RM 20
The activation fee is non refundable. If you are reported for cancelling job/no-show, you will get penalty instantly.
Check out how it works:
For the 1st and 2nd time reported for cancelling job/no-show, you will be fined RM10.
For 3rd penalty onward, you will need to pay all the penalty and top up another RM20 to reactivate your account.
Note: Bad records will be recorded in our system for 1 year.
For the existing service providers, in order to activate the account, you can choose as the following.
Option 1:
You can deduct the activation fee from the money receive for next task.
Option 2:
You can bank in RM20 to StarTasker & email the bank-in slip to info@startasker.com.
